Our Philosophy
We consider Kung-Fu and Tai Chi Chuan to be a way of developing good physical conditioning, balance, strength, graceful motion, circulation, flexibility and awareness. All martial arts should be taught and learned with the goal of achieving a peaceful resolution to any conflict. As one learns a martial art, they will soon become aware of their weaknesses and the potential dangers of any confrontation.

Most conflicts take place due to pride. This pride must be overcome in a martial artist to achieve a true defense.

There are times when a physical defense must take place, however it must never be planned or our choice. A true martial artist knows that physical engagement for defensive measures is often at great cost to both sides.
